If you thought the undead needed to stop caring about their skin, think again: Dermalogica is once again the skincare brand of choice for Breaking Dawn, part of the unstoppable Twilight Saga series, which was filmed in Vancouver, B.C., Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Key makeup artist Jean Ann Black led the large makeup department for this installment with a broad range of Dermalogica products chosen to keep the cast’s skin healthy and visually consistent under a variety of shooting conditions. “Twilight” favorites in the makeup-trailer include mediBac Clearing Kit, Concealing Spot Treatment, Soothing Shave Cream, Clearing Skin Wash, Active Moist and Soothing Eye Make-up Remover. Smooth vamp skin? We wonder if Lestat had such concerns...

Ricky's Revolver Salons Offer Zombie and Vampire Makeovers for Halloween

Sure, those who revel in Halloween typically love this ghoulish holiday because they dig buying the costume, the wig and the blood-and-gore kits. But the truth is: Not everyone can masterfully do their special effects to look like The Walking Dead. Ricky's Revolver Salons in NYC are stepping in to help all wannabe zombies and vampires with a service menu of makeovers, including a bullet hole, vampire bite, large zombie bite or large gash—each only $25! Miss Piggy Has Arrived: MAC Set to Release Miss Piggy for MAC

Miss Piggy is on fire! First she gets an OPI nail polish line, then a fashion-saturated editorial in the November issue of InStyle magazine, and now she's aligned herself with makeup artist favorite, MAC Cosmetics! Is there anything this fashionista piggy can't do? (Besides win the heart of her amour, Kermit the Frog?)

The limited edition Miss Piggy for MAC line bows online only November 14 at www.maccosmetics.com. The three products are perfect for recreating this "frog-o-phile's" signature wide eye:

Penultimate Eye Liner in Rapidblack: For a sassy winged cat (or pig?) eye

Lash 36: A set of wispy faux batters certain to hog the spotlight

We can't wait to see all of the glam makeup looks Miss Piggy will be rocking on the big screen when her movie, The Muppets, hits theaters November 23!

Photographer Tim Petersen Shoots for America's Next Top Model Tonight!

One of my favorite parts of my job is working with and interviewing amazingly talented beauty photographers. And one such lensman, Tim Petersen, will be lending his meticulous eye for beauty on America's Next Top Model TONIGHT! From what I gather, the shoot is based on the late pop icon Michael Jackson, and as we already saw from the sneak peak trailer last week, LaToya Jackson will be a guest on the show (guest judging too, possibly?).

If you haven't viewed Petersen's work with Beauty Etc., take a look back at "Subterranean Dreamscape" in the Spring 2011 issue. It is darkly haunting and absolutely breathtaking.

Can't wait to tune in and see...

NARS Cosmetics Announces Winner of Makeup Your Mind: Express Yourself Game!

I'm a huge champion of self-expression through makeup; playing with pigments to show the true you is paramount in my book! Mega-makeup house NARS Cosmetics has this very same philosophy; the company recently concluded the Makeup Your Mind: Express Yourself Game, which invited anyone and everyone to recreate makeup looks from makeup artist François Nars' new beauty tome, Makeup Your Mind: Express Yourself. The grand-prize winner, Kale Teter of Panhandle, Texas, completed all 12 of the featured looks pulled from the Makeup Your Mind: Express Yourself book, and received the most votes out of the thousands of participants. His winning look was a recreation of Look #3 (shown above), a hazy smoky eye that is blended to perfection.

"The NARS competition has become really important to me," Teter says. This burgeoning makeup maestro not only values the prize he won, a trip to Fall 2012 New York Fashion Week, where he'll join the NARS team backstage, but also the overwhelming encouragement he...

TEMPTU and Ballroom Stars Frolic in the Sand

What better way to spend a summer afternoon than at a beach house in Malibu? That’s what TEMPTU thought, too, so the airbrush company invited some famous faces (along with Beauty Etc.!) from the cast of Dancing with the Stars for an afternoon of sun, sand and flawless makeup applications.

On the deck of the shabby-chic beach bungalow, guests, like former Dancing contestant Melissa Rycroft, were treated to sun-kissed Summer Skin airbrush applications, while shirtless pros, including bad boy Maksim Chmerkovskiy, batted a volleyball on the sand just below. And as the sun began to set, stars left with TEMPTU totes overflowing with goodies. One gift in particular featured a new partnership we couldn’t be happier to hear about: TEMPTU and Ole Henriksen! The limited edition A-List Skin Set includes the celebrity skincare brand’s best cleansing, moisturizing and...

WATCH: The Telegraph Captures Makeup Removal In Reverse

Wouldn't it be nice if, by sheer magic, a few swipes of a cotton pad would deposit a full face of gorgeous makeup? Such is the effect of The Telegraph's latest model video centered around dutch beauty Cato. Makeup artist Ashley Ward gives the stunner a set of eye-popping orange lips paired with a smoky lid, courtesy of Chanel's Les 4 Ombres Lilium eye palette from its summer 2011 makeup collection. The video, played in reverse, is at once spooky and entrancing and utterly beautiful.
